Friday, Oct. 9

7:20 a.m. A student reported the theft of personal property from their vehicle parked in Lot 11. The theft occurred between Thursday, Oct. 8 at 7:50 p.m. and Friday, Oct. 9 at 7:05 a.m.

3:10 p.m. A student reported the theft of personal property in the Milo Bail Student Center. The theft occurred on Thursday, Oct. 8 between 3:40 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 11

12:57 a.m. Campus Security responded to a noise complaint at University Village and discovered an alcohol violation. Omaha Police responded. Three students and six visitors were cited for minor in possession of alcohol. Three students were referred for disciplinary action.

2:20 a.m. Campus Security responded to a report of reckless driving on campus. The vehicle was found on University Drive West near Lot H. Omaha Police contacted Campus Security and reported other complaints concerning the vehicle. The driver, a student, was arrested by the Omaha Police Department for driving under the influence of alcohol. The passengers, two students and two visitors, were cited for minor in possession of alcohol. The three students were referred for disciplinary action.

2:30 a.m. While responding to the incident above, Omaha Police observed another vehicle driving recklessly on campus. The vehicle was found at University Drive West near Lot H. The driver, a student, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. The student was referred for disciplinary action.

3:50 a.m. Campus Security responded to a call from University Village regarding someone banging on windows. Investigation discovered an alcohol violation. Three students were referred for disciplinary action.

Monday, Oct. 12

10:30 a.m. A student reported the theft of personal property from their vehicle parked in Lot J. The theft occurred between Tuesday, Oct. 6 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 11 at 6 p.m.

12:33 p.m. A student reported the theft of personal property from their vehicle parked in the First Christian Church parking lot. The theft occurred between 8:30 a.m. and 11:55 a.m.

4:10 p.m. A student reported vandalism to their vehicle parked in Lot A. The vandalism occurred between 3:50 p.m. and 6:10 p.m.

Tuesday, Oct. 13

12:50 a.m. While on patrol of Lot J, Campus Security discovered a controlled substance violation. Omaha Police responded. Two students were cited for possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce. One student was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. All three students were referred for disciplinary action.

Sunday, Oct. 18

1:57 a.m. Campus Security responded to Maverick Village regarding a female that could be heard crying and yelling from one of the suites. Investigation discovered an alcohol violation. The alcohol was disposed of. Three students were referred for disciplinary action.

Monday, Oct. 19

11:45 p.m. Campus Security responded to Maverick Village regarding a report of an unidentified male posing nude outside on a patio. The suspect could not be located.
